As a new entry into the online vacation rental listing marketplace, we wanted to develop a way of saying "thank you" to the early adopters of our paid service. Our solution was Charter Memberships. This level of service is only available when you initially sign up with VacationRentalOptions.com and will only be available for a limited time.

Charter Members enjoy special pricing and benefits not available with our other service levels, including:

• All Features of an Advantage Membership (see below), plus:
• A 50% discount off all current and future listings for as long as you keep your paid membership active. This means that you'll never pay more than $19.95 for a listing, regardless of when you add additional listing(s).

Advantage Membership
This is our standard paid listing level. The benefits of an Advantage Membership are:

• Unlimited Photographs (we do not "watermark" your images, allowing you greated flexibilty in the use of your listing.)
• Choice of listing display templates (can be changed at any time) to showcares your listing(s) and each listing can have a different template.
• Ability to link to a primary web site from your listing(s).
• Feature Property Listing on VacationRentalOptions.com's Search Page and Home Page.
• Integrated Availability Calandar. (You select if you would like to use this free option)
• Full Featured Rental Rate Table.
• Choice of contact method for potential renters.
• Listing includes a "Share this Listing with a Friend" feature. Allows visitors to forward a link to your listing to a friend.
• Ability to use your VacationRentalOptions.com listing as a multi-page web site for the properties you list.
• 24 hour access to your listings, 365 days a year (Scheduled Server Maintenance occurs Sundays, 12am - 5am EST (GMT -5)).
• Simple, cost-effective pricing - less than .11 cents / day ($39.95/year).
• A real service guarantee. If you decide to cancel your listing for any reason, we'll refund either the unused portion or 15% of your listing fee, whichever is greater.

3. Can I "mix" listing levels?

Listing levels (Charter, Advantage ) are tracked by member login, and as a result, you cannot mix listing levels within a single membership login.

4. Are there "hidden" fees for items such as extra photos or priority placement?

No, we do not believe that our members should pay additional charges for such basic listing features as photos or Feature Property placement. We allow memberships to include as many photos with their listing as practical, remembering that the more photos you use, the longer it may take your detailed listing to load.

In addition, all properties rotate through our "Featured Listings" sections on our home page and search page.

5. What are my payment options?

We offer two methods of payment, First, you may pay online using a credit card. This is the quickest and easiest method to pay for your listing(s). We can also invoice you for your listing(s).

6. How do you offer so many functions and features for such a low cost?

Unlike other sites that appear to have "set" their listing fees based on what other sites are charging, we have leverage technology, minimized our overhead, and modeled our ongong operating costs in order to develop our fee sturcture. As a result, we are able to offer a feature-rich, technologically advanced web site at an exceptional value for our members.

Advancements in web-based technology has allowed us to offer members exclusive functions and features at a fractionof the cost that other vacation rental listing sites charge.

In addition. we recommend you consider the purchase of travel insurance to cover your vacation by contacting a registered insurance agent .

5. Can I check the availability of a property online?

VacationRentalOptions.com offers its memebrs a fully integrated availbility calander. Members decide wheather to activiate this feature on their listing. The "Availability" button appears on the first page and Rates/Policies page of the listing if the feature has been activited. However, it is always best to contact the property manager/owner directly to verify if the property is available for the time period you're interested in renting.
